Andrew very interesting article. I have a question for you, if I may. Based their Q3 10Q, for the first nine month of 2020 Amazon generated about $13.7 bn in FCF defined as Cash from operations minus Net purchase Of PPE.
Even after accounting lease repayment for about $8 bn, the remaining cash is about $5 [...] bn. Now you show that the over the same period the net debt portions is increased by $5 bn. So my question is where did the cash flow for the first nine months go? Even with the lower amount form my calculation, there is a swing of about $10 bn. Best
